About me:
I'm somewhat of a contradiction - designer/scientist, rockin' high heels/vintage Vans, fancy four star Mexican resort/sleeping ensconced in Ecuadorean mosquito-net, Ms. fix-it/jacuzzi soaker, dense non-fiction/softspot for [gasp] VH1.. The contradictions make life interesting. I love crossword puzzles, photography, farmer's markets, newspapers, traveling, good music, films with subtitles, secret unmarked NYC venues, non-fiction, camping, cheese, sarcasm, blogs, a good cup of coffee, cashmere, the beach, climbing mountains, postcards, bourbon, paris, making people laugh, and good food. (There's more, but...how can one sum up life in 3000 characters?) Bonus facts: I tan well during summer, make a killer omelette, never leave the house without a camera, and grow fresh herbs on my very own fire escape. In this city, we pay people to do our laundry, deliver our food, raise our children, why not throw in some more online social networking, right?
