About me:
I religiously attend Pilates twice a week. I always have a book open and another ready to be picked up. I started a book club, The Pink Panties, that meets every six weeks. We are more serious than our name implies, but like a little Chic Lit every once in a while. I love walking through the park, a museum, or along any street with great window shopping! I like cooking and I try to challenge my culinary skills without poisoning anyone and so far it?s been a success. My typical Saturday morning finds me at the Farmer?s market, rain or shine and occasionally accepting my friend?s Iron Chef challenges, where I discovered I love Brussels Sprouts and Eggplant-not together, though. I?m always ready to out dancing, up for going to a climbing gym, or horseback riding. I also like Tennis, Softball, and Kayaking but will not claim that I am good at any of them. My dirty secret is that I LOVE television-good, bad and reality. Live music and eating out round out my pastimes. I?m more introverted than extroverted, but definitely like to be social. I value quality time over quantity time, like being goal oriented even if I don?t have a specific plan, and while I have a serious streak, I keep a sense of humor and an optimistic outlook. I am spiritual, but not religious and lean more toward the Left than the Right. I believe that everything happens for a reason, that we are able to learn from every experience and become stronger, wiser, and better because of what our past laid out before. I believe in faithful, forever love but understand that relationships are works in progress. I?m interested in the partnership, sharing, and adventure that being with someone for the long haul offers.
