I am a driven and ambitious woman finishing her Ph.D. in Medicine at the University of Florida in July 2009. I am planning to move to a big city (somewhere!) and will be working in the Biomedical Industrial sector of research SOON. I choose to work to live, not to live to work. I am in the negative now, but certainly won't be for long. I chose the academic route, so all money spent is certainly an investment in my future (especially with the state of our economy). Seriously! That aside, I may work hard, but I play harder. :) I am ALWAYS laughing and my sense of humor is never-ending. I love to go out and love to travel. I am surrounded by an amazing group of friends and family that maintain the center of my universe. I am hardly ever serious and find that I bond easily with many people because I can take (and make) a joke. I also tend to take care of the people I hold near and dear to my heart; I am very loyal and giving.
